My presenters also asked if screen sharing is available for the question/answer period. This could be particularly useful for showing the KBART Validation tool options to answer questions. We are also wondering how the discussion period will be organized. Will the conference tool allow for questions to be added during the presentation playback and ranked by participants for the question/answer time?
Hi and yes we will be using Zoom for the discussion/Q&A part of the sessions, so screen sharing would be possible if needed. During the video presentation part, attendees can ask questions in the chat - I don’t think they can be ranked but any that aren’t answered during the live screening could be brought over into the live discussion.
